We offer bespoke solutions to problem bearings, wheel bearings, and mast bearings. We offer bespoke solutions to irreplaceable mast problems. We also offer 24 hour emergency or 48 hour service on AC & DC motor repairs .Each motor can be stripped down and a full breakdown report supplied along with a very competitive price and delivery time.  

TOP gearbox supply and repair services offer the customer the options to have your gearbox stripped and parts replaced where required or we offer a service exchange facility . TOP keep in stock Kordel gearboxes for: Atlet, BT Rolatruc, Jungheinrich, Crown, Linde and many more. Stocks are kept of gear sets & bearings & seals so the customer can have same day service on the Kordel gearbox repair. TOP have also repaired Z F transmission boxes to add to the many different types gearboxes & transmission boxes in the range already.

TOP manufacture, supply and repair many types of forklift guards and fabricated or laser cut brackets for Health & Safety requirements if you need a new guard or require new brackets for a project or laser cut brackets for forklift digital screen monitors & bar coded laser guns then we can offer an on site engineer to solve your problem from design to manufacture to supplying the correct brackets for the right application. TOP are able to offer manufacture of new hydraulic cylinders from drawings or sample supplied. TOP have been manufacturing new cylinders for more than 20 years now all cylinders are made from quality steels & components the hydraulics division at TOP also offer a 24 hour emergency repair service on re-seal and machined parts of a hydraulic cylinder. TOP strip the cylinder down and will provide the customer with a full report of the findings along with a very competitive price and delivery or collection,.Once the cylinder has been re-assembled it will go onto a test rig and is pressurised for 1 hour and then a unique serial number will be stamped on to the cylinder which also acts as a guarantee for the work carried out, a test certificate can also be issued. TOP also repairs hydraulic valves or we can supply new along with seal kits and hydraulic motors or pumps, hydraulic hoses & fittings can also be supplied. TOP will collect your old forklift wheels and re-bond them in either polyurethane material which is also available in a hi load or in vulkollan. The wheel is stripped off and prepped ready for re-bonding once the material is cured it is then machined to the correct diameter required. Different types of materials are used for the many different types of applications. New drive wheels, pallet truck wheels can be supplied from stock.
